Returns + Exchanges



By checking out with a successful purchase you agree to our terms and condition. All sales are final. No refunds. Please make sure that you order the correct size.  Please note that all returns are for the same item exchange ONLY.

If you are not completely satisfied with your fit of your purchase, you may return eligible items in their original condition within 10 business days from arrival in exchange for a different size.  

We will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, smoke free with original tags attached and all original packaging and other components included, when accompanied by an original Shantress Sadá receipt/invoice.

Returned items must not be washed, worn or altered. We do not accept returns of swimwear, underwear, custom-made or personalized items or Clearance items.

All returns MUST be made within business 10 days of the date you receive your order in their original, unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and smoke-free condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer cash refunds! Store Credit only!


Items can be exchanged within 10 business days after the original item has been returned.

Allow 10-12 business days to receive exchanged item.

FINAL SALE: All custom merchandise, swimwear, undergarments, and clearance items are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Instructions for Returning an Item:

  1. Complete the required information on the packing slip included with your package.
  2. Securely pack your merchandise, making sure to include all pages of the packing slip. Please try to use the original shipping box and materials.
  3. Affix the pre-addressed and pre-paid return label to your return package.
  4. Mail your return package at any US Postal Service office or FedEx drop-off location, or hand off your package to your US Postal Service mail carrier or Federal Express driver.

Be sure to use a trackable return method when sending your package back to us. When we receive your package it may take up to 5-7 business days to process. You will be notified via email when the return is complete and your store credit is available.

Shantress Sadá reserves the right to modify its return and exchange policy at any time.
